Meg Sullivan has worked in human resources and executive administration for more than a decade in both the Public and Private sectors. Meg is a result-oriented leader who is experienced in talent acquisition, retention, and motivation of successful employees.

Meg was able to harness the full power of the human resources department’s most valuable assets-their employees. She is dedicated to creating a vibrant company culture and promoting continuous business growth. Meg enjoys empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential, and bringing their best to the students in a non-profit environment.

As Human Resources Manager, Meg is responsible for the administration and management of all areas of human resources for the Kingston School.

Meg earned an AAS in Adolescent Education from Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, and her BAFA from the University of New Mexico. Meg finds it rewarding fulfilling the service mission of our organization and working in a non-profit environment for children on the Autism Spectrum in Ulster County.
