Classic Greek Salad (But, Better!): Prepared with vine-ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, onions, extra virgin olive oil & feta cheese.

Entrées – είσοδος

Moussaka – Spiced beef layered with potatoes, eggplant, and béchamel sauce

Souvlaki – Yoghurt marinated chicken over seasoned rice with tzatziki and lemon (GF)

Spanikopita – Spinach and feta wrapped in phyllo pastry

Garides Saganaki – Jumbo shrimp in a spicy tomato, fresh herb, and feta sauce (GF)

Dinner Served Semi-Family Style
With culinary flair, planned for you this evening is a plateful of Greco-goodness, each including Beef Moussaka, Chicken Souvlaki, and served with seasoned rice and Spanakopita. On the tables and served “family style,” will be the Garides Saganaki and Greek Seasonal vegetables. This creative plating techniques stimulate appetites before the first bite, and guests are thrilled to have four entrees to try in a seating.
