About this Workshop:
As parents, we so often put others needs above our own. In this workshop, we will learn ways to establish a daily self-care routine. It is so important to take the time to care for ourselves in order to be the best caregiver to others.
Registration and Information
RSVP required – (845) 336-2616 x120 or LSiuta@centerforspectrumservices.org. Groups are free of charge for any family of a child with a developmental disability. Some groups may be available remotely, but pre-registration is required. If school is closed due to inclement weather, the workshop will be cancelled.
