Parent Workshop: Avoiding Power Struggles

Tired of battling with your child over daily activities such as eating, bathing, and dressing? In this workshop, we will discuss power struggles that often occur with our children. We’ll review what a power struggle is and how to know when you are in the middle of one. What is the difference between a behavioral tantrum and a “meltdown”?
Suggestions for avoiding power struggles or navigating out of one will be provided. Presented by Spectrum Services’ Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Michele Mooney, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA
