Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a full time Accounting Clerk with a minimum of 3 years experience.

The qualified candidate will have fluency in computerized general ledger systems, Excel and Word. Experience with Fund EZ and/or Access is preferred. Previous not for profit experience is ideal.

The successful candidate will:                
• Process monthly related service forms and associated databases
• Maintain staff certification and Medicaid compliance certification
• Prepare and process quarterly and year-end reports for grants
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for general operating account and others as assigned
• Prepare and maintain assigned audit schedules

This position requires a well organized, self starter, able to meet tight deadlines, and work cooperatively in a team as well as work independently.
