Lisa Gallina

Human Resources

Lisa brings 25 years of experience in Human Resources management and educational leadership. She honed her skills at staff recruitment, employee retention, and dynamic compensation development at several statewide nonprofit agencies that focused on educational and staff development.

She managed a number of key programs at two Hudson Valley colleges, whose goal it was to assure the academic success of adult students, which included those reentering the workforce, career changers, and veterans.

She works to engage specialized candidates to join our staff who otherwise may be new to the world of non-profits, including educators, college students, and clinical professionals. In her role, she partners and collaborates with the Department of Labor, regional chambers of commerce, and colleges to cultivate new staffing channels and conduits.

Lisa earned her B.A. from Marist College and her Master’s Degree from Antioch University. Lisa also hold several advanced certificates in Human Research code of ethics from Columbia University.

Lisa joined Spectrum Service in the spring of 2021, and is proud to be a part of the amazing work we do for our students and their families, by making sure we recruit and retain only the very best in staffing.
