Deising’s Bakeries is celebrating their 50th anniversary. As part of their anniversary celebration, they selected Spectrum Services as the beneficiary of this exciting event. Deising's is partnering with Center for Spectrum Services to raise funds to launch a new training program, the Autism Educational Training Boot camp. This intensive training program will provide Spectrum Services educational staff with the latest tools and methods to help children with autism at their Kingston and Ellenville campuses.

HorsePlay Day Fundraiser - May 9th, 2015 
The HorsePlay Day will provide an afternoon of horse-involved activities for all ages (12 months to adult). Participants can meet and greet horses of all sizes; participate in grooming activities; learn to lead a pony; and pony rides will be offered to the younger set (ages 8 and under.) Suggested donation: $10 per participant. Walk-ins are accepted, but pre-registration is encouraged.

Ellenville Campus Playground Build - May 16th - Click Here
The community is invited to get involved in any way they can with the new Playground going up at our Ellenville Campus. This new playground is designed expressly for children with autism in mind. Individuals, businesses, and community groups are invited to help by donating funds, supplies and equipment, or volunteering time the day of the build at our Ellenville site, scheduled for Saturday, May 16th. What started out as a few friends throwing a party to raise money and awareness for autism, has grown into a free, gala event. Light It Up Blue has chosen Spectrum Services as the recipient for all funds raised. With great music and tasty food, this lively event is Saturday, April 25th at 4pm at Middletown Holiday Inn.

Partners for Autism - April, All Month Long - Click Here
During the month of April, Spectrum Services is partnering with local businesses to help raise needed funds. Partners will help by increasing autism awareness, putting out donation canisters and literature, and offering specific ways to collaborate. Contributions will support the many programs and services, such as Spectrum Service’s Clinic. Stay tuned for participating partners, and how you can help!


Many community groups approach us with fundraising ideas they’d like to execute with a goal of raising funds to donate to us to help our students.  We are always welcoming of such opportunities to help in any way that we can. If your community group, business, child’s service club, etc. is interested in hosting an event – large or small – to benefit Center for Spectrum Services, please call our Development Office at (845) 336-2616, extension 165.  Events and initiatives organized and hosted by friends like you are an essential element of the community support that keeps us strong.
