You can help the Center for Spectrum Services via four essential categories of support: operations, capital, restricted, and endowment.
Annual Fund contributions are used the very year you contribute to support the educational programs and services of the Center for Spectrum Services. Annual Fund support is targeted toward the operational expenses of these programs, directly benefitting those we serve. You can provide an Annual Fund gift in any amount, and can designate your contribution as a memorial or honorary gift.
Spectrum Services Foundation Special Events really are special. If you have attended one of our auctions, joined us for a “Breakfast with the Foundation President” or participated in any of our other fundraisers, you’ve experienced the warmth and shared a good time with friends, old and new. Our event attendees include business leaders, philanthropists, political representatives and family members of Center for Spectrum Services students – all sharing a deep commitment to our work and philosophy. The proceeds from each event are earmarked for one of the essential categories.

Investment in the Capital Campaign provides necessary funds so our facilities are progressive, bright and secure. Multi-year commitments are a donor option for making a more significant gift. Support for the Capital Campaign allows the Center for Spectrum Services to expand our facilities to meet the growing need for services to our students with in autism spectrum disorders. Our current efforts are focused on meeting our goal of $600,000 to replace an existing modular building with a extension for our preschool classrooms. Periodically, the trustees will designate a special restricted fund to support a key need within the Center for Spectrum Services. Our Staff Support Fund is just such a fund. At the Center for Spectrum Services, we know our staff is at the heart of every success story. The Spectrum Services Foundation has established our Staff Support Fund to meet the growing need for more competitive pay and benefits for our staff and to provide support for professional development activities. You can support the Fund by purchasing an engraved paving stone that leaves a lasting legacy on the Commorative Walkway or by making a contribution directly to the Staff Support Fund.
Planned Giving is essential to the future of our work in the field of autism. Long-term sustainability is more certain with planned gifts earmarked for the endowment. If you are interested in being part of our legacy, our Foundation Office can assist in the selection of the most appropriate type of gift for you and your family. All planned gifts provide a myriad of tax benefits while ensuring the promise of a healthy financial future for Spectrum.
